Beautiful property in a quiet area on a small pathway (walk, run, cycle) to the town of Lugo. Lovely interior with some Normandy flavor, by the kind and ever so helpful host Enrica (lovely breakfast chef too). Enjoyed this stay a lot, together with our family!

The accommodation exceeded our expectations – a beautiful, newly furnished apartment in a charming retro Italian-French style. The surroundings are wonderfully peaceful, ideal for those seeking rest and relaxation. The best of all was the owner, who treated us every morning to a delicious breakfast, recommended many interesting places to visit, and, thanks to her warm and communicative nature, created a pleasant family atmosphere. Only a few accommodations have managed to surprise us so pleasantly and create a genuine wow effect – this was definitely one of them. On our next trip to the Emilia-Romagna region, this will clearly be our choice. Un grande grazie ancora alla signora Enrica.

Nice cozy hotel surrounded by vineyards ouside of Lugo. The best choice for travellers with cars. Free parking inside the yard. The room is clean, it has rustic Provence style design, very comfortable bed and sofa. Rich breakfast with local Italian dishes. The owner, Enrica, is very friendly person, openned for guest's requests. She recommended us local places of interest, good restaurants and gave us useful advices. Many thanks, Enrica!

We, a couple & 2 teen have booked both rooms and had the whole B & B for us exclusively. B & B is new, very specious, and spotlessly clean, well equipped for our needs & comfortable stay. Nothing was missing. Location in peaceful and quiet residential area surrounded by nature with private parking provided with. Yet it is not far from the town center of Lugo which is only 5 minutes away by car plus Imola is only 20/25 minutes away by car. Owner lives just next door. She is very attentive and friendly yet never been intrusive. She was very caring and attentive even asked us about the bed arrangements since our children are boy & girl both teenagers. For them to sleep comfortable, she had offered them a separate bed by providing the sofa placed downstairs to be available as bed. We also had an excellent communication from the really beginning at the booking stage, and we felt very welcomed from that point onwards. Breakfast was plentiful, coffee made with freshly ground coffee beans was so delicious and rare to find nowadays. Highly recommended.
