“Total DISASTER NOT HAPPY AT ALL”

There was no aircon Broken Tap in Kitchen and waited 2 days for new one. Broken toilet 3 Times as flush was getting stuck and maintenance came out 3 times . No Internet for 4 days. Front door key would not open door and called out to neighbours to open door. Rang Office many times none came out to correct fault. Other neighbours experienced same PROBLEM I would therefore like some REFUND as it was a total DISASTER Were not given any vouchers to use Washing Machines and were told it would take 2 weeks to receive

The apartment is quite and near the coop supermarket, very easy go to the park and lack

Fair but not excellent. The garage and the apartment position is very convenient in a tranquil residential area. The lake is at 9 mins walking distance. The apartment was clean but with dirty walls and needs throughout painting. The double bed mattress is old and too soft, very uncomfortable to sleep in for 2 weeks in a sink in position. The windows in the bedroom and dining/sitting room are not soundproof and let the sounds noise in from the road, the park and the neighbours’ constructions works easily come in as if we had windows fully open. In the kitchen several accessories were missing like a cutting board a mixer, a ladle. The sofa is too soft and you literally sink in. The tv is very small and too close to the sofa. The day area is very cramped with a large table that occupy the small available area. The bathroom lacks of a single hanger/ hooks where to hang clothes or towels. Toilet paper hook is also missing.

Amazing location, a stone's throw from the town centre on foot. Very secure and clean parking, well lit, easy access. Direct access to the apartment. Very convenient. Spacious apartment, much cupboard space, nice view on the Monte Bré, pleasant balconies and environment. LOADS of supermarkets very close to the flat. Overlooking a pleasant park for children.

Very good location, apartment was clean, had necessary kitchen tools, good garage spot. Several stores around (Coop, Voi, Lidl). Good gelateria in 2 min walk :) there is kids playground right there seen from the balcony.

Spacious, comfy, clean and well-equipped apartment (was on the 3rd floor) with balcony and lift in the building. We had everything we needed for a few days. Well-equipped kitchen (kitchenware, coffee capsules, soap ,dishwasher tablets, sugar, oil). Close to the supermarket and the bus stop. Check-in without staff with good instruction.

New building, spacious, clean, well equipped appartment, with large windows, balcony. The lake is 10 minutes walk.

The location is really good. They ultimately reimbursed us with 75 chf for the insufficient cleanliness of the apartment and the remote quokka staff was quite responsive.

Great location close to Lido and a park. Spacious, well- equipped, free parking.
