“The apartment and Lugano exceeded all expectations, marvellous place.”

The location once we found was amazing. Such a beautiful, clean and spacious apartment. The beds were very comfortable and I loved having an ensuite. The breakfast items were very welcomed. There was also a little supermarket shop directly across from the building. We were pleased to be within 10 minute walking distance down to the lake and amenities.

It's verry nice first I got a wrong box when I take the key and I call the owner and the owner is verry polite she help me to figure out how to take the key in the box because we don't have data that's why it's difficult for us to open again the vedio. The room is so big😍😍😍 I love it. Over all satisfaction😍😍😍

That we didn't see the hosts. I tried to call but nobody answered. The only way of communication was sending emails

The property was nicely decorated and kitted out. It also had an enclosed garden with astroturf that was safe for the dogs.

The property is clean and well kept overall. The beds are very comfy. We had a great stay and the walk to and from the centre added to our daily step count! :) Would certainly book again if returning to Lugano.

The apartment is large ,a lot of light but it was too hot. We had 1 fan in one bedroom and portable ac in living room..another fan would have been very important..also no mirrors in one of the bedrooms and also no shelve in the shower cubicle which was very inconvenient Location was very good to take busses and trains

It was a very bad experience. We have lodged a formal complaint for the unhygienic conditions, we had to cancel the booking & shift to a hotel

Apartment sizes was spacious. Proximity to the station by bus and walkable (15 minutes) too. Lake is a 7 minute walk downhill and another 5 minutes walk to the old town.

The location is also perfect: quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything, making it easy to explore the city, enjoy the lake, and experience the local culture. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, always available for any questions and ensuring that everything was perfect throughout my stay. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Lugano. Whether for a short getaway or a longer stay, it offers the perfect combination of comfort, elegance, and convenience. “Great location, perfect for friends.”

Good location, big apartment. Perfect for friends. Great size for families BUT only if you are ok with sleeping with street noise and light. They leave a little somerhing for breakfast (toasts and jam, some coffee and tea) which is very nice. There is a supermarket in front of the apartment. There is a parking (outside) where you only pay from 9am to 7pm, night is free, just at a 2min walk from the apartment. Bus to the center stops at just a few meters but you can walk downhill (5min).
