“Perfectly located for conference centre”
Very close to convention centre. Bus stops. Cafe down stairs, bakery close, small supermarket and small organic shop close. Communicated via WhatsApp with local team very good.

“Lovely modern apartment Lugano”
Everything was as seen on pictures. Very clean. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Plenty of storage space and hangers. TV with italian, german and british channels. Nice balcony. 5 mins walk to park, waterfront, nearest supermarket and bus stop. Easy access to keys and excellent communcation with booking manager.
