The most satisfying part of the stay was the excellent location and overall comfort of the apartment. Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. The bed was comfortable, and the surrounding area had plenty of restaurants, shops, and easy access to public transport, which made the trip very convenient.

It's clear that they made it for themselves, not for rent. Everything is necessary and of high quality.

Lovely landlady who explained many things and guided us in the city of Lugano, and who welcomed us on the first day when we met.

Our host very kindly provided directions to the local supermarket & walked with us, showing the way down a bush track. The apartment was perfect for our needs.

The flat is in a pleasant residential area of Vezia, itself part of the wider Lugano conurbation. It is one of two small flats on the ground floor of the owner's house. An extremely friendly, helpful owner, I might add. The flats (I have been in both) are super-clean, well-equipped, and come with the wherewithal for a small Italian-style breakfast. There is an entirely secure private car parking area, perfect if you have a fully loaded car you don't want to unload. I have used this location as a one-night stopover on a long N-S Europe journey, but can imagine it also as a base for exploring the area.

Claudia is very hospitable and the apartment is very modern and well designed. It wasn't too hot in the apartment despite hot outside temperatures. A fan was also provided.

The accommodation is located in Vezia which is in good walking or public bus distance from Lugano - a nice and silent neighborhood. The car can be parked safely at the property. Claudia, the host, is very nice and helpful. In case you forgot anything, you will find everything you need.

It was inexpensive and there was facilities to make your own coffee and cook your own food. They also kindly left toiletries and things to use in case you’d forgotten some.
