NOTHING. The only thing I liked was leaving. It was Disgusting. Very very very dirty. The bed sheets and pillows cover were not cleaned. We slept without pillow as the bad smell of the pillow and the towels were infesting the room. They smelled like rotting meat. The worst place so far. Please, DO NOT GO, you risk to get an infection.

Left in no doubt how to get into the property (via messaging from remote proprietor). Clean and simple room. Large bed.

Thanks God I didn't meet the staff in person, she was so annoying on the phone and misused my WhatsApp number by messaging me all day and morning. Nobody in the hotel reminds guests to leave.

A fair cheap option to stay overnight! Beds were fine and the bathroom too. We arrived late at night, took a shower (shampoo was available - very nice), slept well and left in the morning. Blue parking zone is very close to the house. The train station is a 20-25 min walk from the place. The room fully met the expectations.

When you book it, please remember it’s a budget option, and for the price like that in Lugano it’s really good. Reasonable walking distance from the train station, very close to the supermarket.

Owner done everything ok, but a bit better to explain where is the Key from the Apartman. So untipical placed , even without reception,is nto as first contact with Location and flat- the best solution. Other was correct.

(Despite the staff not being physically present, they were still able to assist me with everything I needed.) Overall, my stay at this hotel was an excellent experience. The combination of the perfect location, comfortable rooms, superb food nearby, and outstanding service made it a memorable trip.
