“Wonderful stay in the vines”

Beautiful place to spend a few quiet days in the vines with our baby and dog. We had everything we needed (easy parking, changing mat and travel cot set up, full kitchen set-up, clear check in instructions etc) and really enjoyed spending time in the lovely garden and walking nearby through the vines. Also enjoyed trying their champagne (available to purchase already chilled on arrival).

Everything was simply perfect, the location immerse in the vineyards of the mountain de Reims speaks by itself. The gîte had everything needed for a comfortable stay and the outside garden was great for our two pets.

We had a wonderful stay at 'Le Gîte de Marie' of the Brimont family in Ludes. For us it was a stopover on the way home after a holiday criss-crossing France. The gîte has an open kitchen with everything you could need. Also nice after a lot of travel: there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, even detergent and the like have been taken into account. You can use the communal garden with garden furniture and park on site. Marie responded very quickly to our questions and we were able to do a champagne tasting with Marc. Their own website contains a nice video about the champagne that the Brimont family makes, which is also for sale on site at very reasonable prices. Thank you Marc and Marie!

We liked everything. Spacious place, beautiful garden, super nice hosts. It’s a modern place but also has some nice authentic details. The family is also producers of champagne which we also enjoyed a lot. It’s located in a beautiful quiet village however close to everything: i.e. Reims, Epernay and other cute villages. We wanted to thank our host for such a beautiful stay

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights with our dog and my only regret is that we didn't stay longer! The property was very clean, and you can see how much love has been put into the decor. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and has a dishwasher which is always a bonus. Marie was very quick to respond to any queries we had and she gave us lots of advice about places to eat etc. The shower had good pressure, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything felt really homely and the property is secure with an enclosed private garden as well. Would 100% stay again.

Le Gite de Marie is a true little gem inside the town of Ludes. Slightly off the tourist track, it exudes an air of true French village life, with an essence of both flair and taste that is typically French.

Everything was awesome! The beds, the kitchen, the bathroom, garden, living room and of course Marie herself. The atmosphere of the gite is perfect and very clean. And centrally located, in the wine fields and between Reims and Epernay. We will come back!

Marie is very nice and always available to answer questions. The gate was very well equipped, very clean, and beautifully decorated. We would highly recommend this gîte to anyone looking for a quaint place to stay while visiting the champagne area.

“Fantastic stay in the centre of the champagne region”

We had a very nice stay at the gite. The cottage is well equipped. Also nice that there is a garden that is fully fenced, very pleasant for our dog. Good (covered) parking space in front of the door. The location is fantastic! Perfect base for doing things. I highly recommend this place. When we are in the region again, we will definitely come back.

This is just a great place. Very big, cozy and nice apartment with big bedroom and very well equipped kitchenette. Extremely clean. A lot of things related to the production of champagne. Big garden with grill, nice place to drinking champagne. Free parking place. Fast internet connection. Very nice host. Very very good champagne. Beautiful vineyards around. We will try to come back here.

Everything! We had such a fantastic stay, I wish we could have stayed longer. From the lovely Marie to the dog friendly garden (and house) we had a wonderful stay. Really couldn't ask for more.
