“stay was fine but losing 2 pairs of shorts worth £50 with an external laundry service, and no refund”
I've now waited since the 4th December 2022 for a refund for the lost laundry without so much as an explanation or response since December. Ridiculous customer service, which after 3 months should be resolved.
