“Affordable place”
The place is nicely located inside a subdivision. Near Sm Lucena. However, the road is rough going to the place. It is affordable but the water faucet and shower needs some maintenance as water continues to drip. The small kitchen with ref is a big plus if you want to cook. The staffs are very accommodating.

Great value for the money. Pets allowed. Clean and comfortable. Hot shower works well. Kitchen utensils available. Very spacious room. AC works very well. Dining table and chairs.
