I liked how well kept the lawns were and no area seemed overcrowded, they were on time with food periods and ran over their cut off times. They had golf carts to bring you to the main points and I think you could call to request a shuttle if you wanted. The pool was huge and sectioned so you could be by yourself and drinks were strong. Most restaurants were on the same stretch so you didn’t have to be searching everywhere to find it and if they were far again you could get a shuttle to go there

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-presented, but the property overall felt quite dated and in need of refurbishment. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing — the only meal we truly enjoyed during our stay was at the teppanyaki restaurant, thanks to Chef Jamie, who was fantastic. Beyond that, not a single meal stood out for the right reasons. The staff were also generally unhelpful and, at times, quite rude, which really impacted the overall experience. This resort would likely suit travellers who prefer to stay within the confines of the property and aren’t looking to explore the authentic side of Jamaica, as there’s very little nearby to see or do. The on-site activities also left much to be desired — they felt outdated, reminiscent of a 90s-style Butlins resort, and could definitely use a refresh. The mini golf course, in particular, was in terrible condition — dirty, neglected, and appearing almost unsafe to use. Overall, while the rooms themselves were pleasant, the lacklustre food, poor service, and outdated facilities mean I would not choose to stay here again.

Great, spacious room. Food was great, especially in the main buffet area - in fact, I preferred that to the restaurant food!
