“Doesn't look like Lux. Multifunctional center for recreation, drink & fun, and food shopping.”
The hotel has excellent sound insulation. It's saves from the music from the cafe, which played until 1 a.m. There's a big grocery store right around the corner. Most likely the best in the area. The prices in the cafe are very low, but the quality of drinks and decoration are at a high level
