“Nice room, no response to a serious maintenance issue. Jan 2-4, 2026”
The room was nice. There was a sewage backup in the sink the first morning. We reported it but no one came and the room was still untouched when we returned late that evening. We requested (and received) a room change. But the front desk that evening said it wasn’t his problem; it was maintenance’s problem….

“Good stay in Lubbock”
We booked is room for the bachelor night and the staff was very friendly and the room was big. It was a comfortable bed and very clean.

“Great value for money.”
We stayed at La Quinta for our wedding and we have really enjoyed it. The staff was very nice and even upgraded us for a Suite with a couch, so we had more space for our luggage. The room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

I have stayed at a number of hotels and this is the best one i have ever stayed at. The parking lot was huge and well maintained. The entire hotel is clean and the room was immaculate. The bathroom was amazing too!

“Good comfortable hotel”
We had a great stay at this hotel, and it was easy to find and with a spacious lot. The rooms were good, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was as expected and was restocked nicely.

“Great stay in Lubbock,”
We were quite surprised at the impressive entry of this hotel. The hotel staff was very polite, efficient and friendly. Our room was clean and met our expectations. Close to restaurants and easy access to interstate roads.

Towels were worn out and strings hanging from some The lotion bottle was empty but put up there as new. Apparently reusing them which is unacceptable

“spacious room and bathroom”
It is a decent and quiet hotel at a reasonable price, the staff is very unfriendly, the beds are big but the mattresses are very hard, I woke up with back pain, I went to have breakfast at 7:00 am, I came back to sleep for a while longer but for me Bad luck, my room was on the first floor right next to the housekeeper and cleaning room, I heard a lot of noise from 9:00 am, a lot of people talking loudly about the housekeeper, I couldn't sleep further. The room is spacious and clean but the bathroom did not seem to be clean, mainly the toilet had limescale around it, the breakfast they serve is good but simple, even though the breakfast area is very spacious, the gym area is small, they have a mini shop to buy snacks and drinks, I would probably return to this hotel if the reception staff could be friendlier and improve the cleanliness of the bathroom
