“Great value, easy location, for visiting my Texas Tech student”
Super helpful staff. Fridge did not work so they repaired it when I was out. Next morning I realized that they had swapped it, not repaired it and my freezer bags were not swapped. staff searched all possible nearby refrigerators and recovered my freezer bags. Love this place.

“The staff was really nice but the hotel definitely needs a better maintenance department”
Staff was friendly and mostly accommodating. The size of the room was great but it needs more maintenance on the rooms and updates on the door locks. Pillows were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was nice and cool

Filthy and we got bed bugs the room smelled old and musty never staying there again. We had to switch rooms twice due to the bugs and smell and staff was not in a hurry to appease us!

“Unsatisfied”
There was a red stain at the top of the shower. There was only two towels, and to wash rags. I had to ask for extra towels. The toilet did not flush right. I had to hold the handle down and then jiggle it after flushing it.
