“Staff incompetent disappointed”
We had booked 2 nights, I had confirmation number etc . Tried to check in at 11pm but front desk person said we had only 1 room our confirmation said 2 rooms clearly, paid ahead of time. He told us it was our problem and get it to work. 3 other couples were told same things. After an hour in the lobby he told us he had found it and checked us in. He was a poor representation for your company.. I've never written a bad review.

“Be sure to compare the invoice total of your stay with the total charge to your credit card.”
Convenient location to where I need to be. The morning breakfast is typical of Covid breakfast. The coffee was average. The scrambled eggs and sausage were kind of blah. The breakfast would be considered a light snack, such as yogurt and apple or banana and a muffin. For an above standard experience, I would prefer a menu and I’m able to order my breakfast, even if the choices were only for five items.

I have to say, the location was phenomenal, in a really clean and nicer area around other hotels as well. The rooms were quite nice as well and the property was nice and clean and smelled really nice. The HK and common area staff deserve a lot of credit with how they treat this property and keep it clean. Last, the breakfast selections were super nice and had good variety! I would 100% stay here again.
