“Do not stay here …. Horrific”
This place is dreadful, the only think that you can give positive feedback on is the staff…. Very friendly. Everything else was terrible, the only reason we stayed was due to being extremely tired after a 10 hour drive. Otherwise, we would not have stayed in his property.

We had room 100 which is right next to an exit door which slams shut. I was woken multiple times during the night due to people exiting the building

We stayed during our son's university placement. We were generally satisfied, but although we stated that we would stay with 3 people, there were no pillows or duvets in the room for the 3rd person. When we asked for them, they only gave us sheets, so we had to take our own blankets and pillows from our car to sleep.

“Not impressed but slept good”
Beds were fresh, comfortable and nice so we slept really good. The room was huge (unnecessarily huge for our needs really) with several small tables and desks so no need to have bags on the floor. Staff was very nice.

“Spacious room with nice and clean pool”
The pool was nice and clean and our room was very spacious. The hot breakfast was OK. We also liked that the hotel was only a few car minutes away from Walmart and Target. South facing room was quiet without any traffic or other noise.

“Good Budget Stay in Lubbock”
I liked the room, the bed and the breakfast. It has an elevator. A very good option for the price. I almost stayed a second night. Great address on a budget in Lubbock.

“I guess I could do that!”
Very run down lots of repairs needed in the room. When I checked in, I wanted to pay cash, but the clerk said he charged my card hours before, and we checked in at 5 pm. The part that angered me was that he said there was nothing he could about it. I asked him if he could reverse the charge. He said, "I guess I could do that."
