“A relaxing 2 days at the end of my trip.”
The location is great with a view of the river from the balcony and five minutes walk to the centre of the old town. The duplex apartment arangement made me feel very at home.

“Charming villa with some flaws”
Charm of colonial villa, balcony with riverview, convenient location, privacy, quiet at night, well equipped kitchen. Although I did not like to be forced to use WhatsApp, I appreciate that there was a fast reaction in one case, when I needed support because I had myself locked out. Thanks again for that.

“Perfect little place in the heart of Luang Prabang”
Very lovely little place near all attractions and in walking distance to night market, restaurants and temples but quiet at night. I highly recommend this apart hotel. Very responsible owner, I will come back here next time.

Very nicely situated overlooking the Nam Khan River. Very large rooms on two floors with an upstairs balcony. Excellent host. Great value for money.

We stayed for 4 days (March 2023) in a town-house in Sok Villa. Perfect location with a fantastic eastern prospect river-view, Sok villa is located in the historical part of Luang Prabang, walking distance to main attractions, but still in a little bit more quite area (which is great). Jonas, our host, is exceptionally friendly and helpful; he greeted us, arranged transport from the airport and was very responsive to our needs during the whole stay. Thanks Jonas, next time we will bring Zubrowka :)

Lovely apartment, great view of the river from the balcony. Location is good, very close to night market, but still quiet at night. I ended up staying longer because it was such a relaxing, clean place to stay. WIFI was also good. Host helped to make arrangements for mini-van to waterfall and train ticket to Vientiane.
