Spectacular property with a waterfall and river running through the property. Each suite is beautifully designed by renowned architect and interior designer Bill Bensley. The gardens are well kept and the pool area has lots of private areas for use. Restaurant and bar areas are amazing. All staff are courteous, cheerful and on hand to assist with your every need.

We had a fantastic stay at Rosewood. We were able to experience this wonderful place for a longer time (6 nights). The staff was absolutely exceptional and made this stay feel like a second honeymoon. The place in itself is heaven, and all activities we did were top notch (the Mandalao elephants, the city tour and the sunset cruise). The room decoration and architecture from Bill Bensley are wonderful. We want to extend our sincere thanks again to the team for all these efforts to make this trip exceptional and for their kindness.

The local restaurant near the hotel was very noisy and I was not comfortable in this regard while the facilities were good.

The breakfast was very good and had a good selection of everything in an a l carte menu. There was oat milk and other non standard choices. The location was 10 minutes from the city center but there is a complimentary driver bringing you to and picking you up from the city. That is an excellent service and it was always quickly available. The staff is super friendly and doing everything to make your stay comfortable and adjusting to certain needs. We have had some problems with our travel schedule and needed to change and the hotel staff and management went out of their way and fixed all problems. The rooms are very nice and the one we booked has been spacious. The tent rooms have a great view and air condition as well as heating works well. The view from the bathtub is great. The property is well kept and the pool is nice. The environment is beautiful as a river flows through the property on several spots. There is quite a tropical atmosphere due to many plants and it feels overall relaxing.
