Staff were very friendly and helpful. Always there when you needed them. Simple breakfast that was free. Lovely fresh fruit and eggs cooked for your liking. Not far walk from nice restaurants maybe 15 minutes.

Location was great, close to the centre but not at all noisy. All attractions are close by, so are some lovely cafes and restaurants. Breakfast was good too. We got our laundry done through the hotel, and they also helped us with booking the shared van to the railway station. All in all, a very good stay!

“Relaxing, welcoming and lovely!”

We had just come off a 2 day slow boat so we’re a bit exhausted but Lou and the staff were so welcoming and gave us a map of the city and his recommendations. The room was spacious, clean and so comfortable! Bathroom was great and shower was powerful! We were able to have a free sunset cruise on them which was an amazing experience and they also booked another excursion which was incredible and value for money! Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Luang Prabang!

“Better than the photos”

Really beautiful room, nicer than the photos. When we checked in they gave us lots of tips about the area, very helpful. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby

This place is a real gem in Luang Prabang. All the staff is really nice, and the receptionist Steve is exactly the person you would like to find in any hotel. Besides being professional, polite and friendly, he proved to be really trustworthy several times, especially when he helped us to recuperate a camera we had left on a taxi by calling everyone he knew in town to find it. Great guy. Our room was really nice, equipped with everything you may need (towels, coffee, slippers, and many bathroom products) clean (everyday!) and with a very comfortable bed. Lastly, breakfast is great. A dish of fresh fruits served at your table even before ordering from the menu is just another of the gifts this hotel offers you. Then you can choose among several options, all well-prepared, for any taste and need. Coffee, tea and juices at your free disposal are another great thing of this generous breakfast. I would definitely come back here when in Luang Prabang!

Beautiful rooms, good choice of breakfast, location perfect for exploring Luang Prabang. Staff were very friendly and helped us throughout our stay here. We also really enjoyed the free cruise included with our booking - it was beautiful!

Beautiful place with lovely wooden design. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom is huge and very modern. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful and gave us advice on where to go and where to eat in Luang Prabang. All in all, we had an amazing time at Luang Prabang Museum Inn & Travel and can only recommend to stay here!

“Comfy room, great staff”

A lovely place to stay, very clean and with a comfortable bed. The real gem though is Steve at the front desk. He will take care of your every need, whether it's something to do with the hotel or travel plans and so on. He also helped us find Airpods that we left in the room after we checked out!

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. It's hard to find anything negative... Hygiene and cleanliness are top-notch, the room is spotless... As for the staff, they are superbly competent, always ready to help and advise you and make you feel very welcome.

“Amazing”

The best stay in Luang Prabang. The hotel is ideally located about 5/10 mins from the night market. Steve was an absolute gentleman for the duration of the stay. His kind and friendly nature really made this feel like a piece of home. The breakfast in the morning is also very good! A must stay in Luang Prabang

Steve the manager is always very welcoming and helpful. I have returned a number of times to the museum inn and travel because it ticks all my boxes. Clean, comfortable, well appointed, great location, friendly staff and reasonably priced.

Steve welcomed us with complimentary drinks, a useful map of the town and complimentary tickets on the sunset cruise (highly recommend). The room itself was tidy, bed was comfy, and great storage. We highly recommend you stay here. Great value for money.

Beautiful modern rooms with an extremely comfortable bed! Steve at reception is a lovely guy and makes you feel welcome immediately. Location is decent, only a 10min walk to the Main Street. Will be staying again if we return to Luang Prabang.

Spotlessly clean , comfortable bed , lovely patio area. Located within walkable distance from the night market etc. Steve on reception was very helpful and booked our train and a sunset cruise for us. I would recommend!
