They work through agents, and payment issues were experienced so far that numerous charges were attempted. This not only happened to me but to a colleague who had to make 3 payments with the reassurance that upon finding the mistake, she would be reimbursed.

“Outstanding”
The Hotel is fantastic clean, rooms big, with comfortable bed and big wardrobe. The breakfast is amazing. In addition to the continental breakfast is possibile to eat special local dishes. The use of the swimming pool and the close bar is free. The personnel in service is very kind. The Hotel is in the heart of Luanda very close to the marginal and the mall "Shopping Fortaleza". A special thank to Mrs Azevedo that helped me due to a flight cancellation. Congratulation to all the staff.

The gym is excellent with a wide variety of machines etc. The pool with it's bar is really nice to relax afterwards, every night they display the best sports that's on.
