I booked a non-refundable room, but I clearly stated that I am a foreigner during the reservation process. Despite knowing this, the hotel accepted my booking even though it does not allow foreigners to stay. Now, they are not properly refunding my money upon cancellation, which feels unfair and frustrating. I inquired about the hotel's policy on foreign guests, but I have received no response. I have been using Booking.com for a long time and have booked many hotels through your platform during my travels. However, this is the first time I have experienced a situation where foreigners are not allowed to stay, and my inquiry has been completely ignored. I kindly ask for this issue to be resolved properly. Otherwise your hotel is thief group.
