Everything. The owners are living next to the apartments and welcome us warmly with some homemade grapa. The fireplace was lit in the room which made this welcoming even warmer and more comfortable. You are surrounded by a beautiful green valley and can wake up in the middle of the mountains. There was only one restaurant open near by : but the food was actually good, the prices were not expensive compared to what you will have in Split, Zadar.. and the staff was nice as well. Love this place. Recommend 100%. You can see that the owners put a lot of work and love when creating this place.

Very comfortable, cozy, clean and modern apartments. Newly updated and spacious-we fully enjoyed the stay! Owner was amazing and even started the fire for us in the fireplace as it was chilly outside. Perfect for any day or multi-day hikes to Velebit, climbing via-ferrata Bat or any other activities in the area just enjoying the beautiful nature.

Very nice freshly remodeled place. Everything was there as promised. Getting keys absolutely easy although I arrived late. Extremely friendly hosts, aways available by phone upfront. Offered little breakfast for free (coffee & cookies) - the turkish coffee got me going. Perfectly located for me just needing a place to stay for one night (transit), however nice place to stay there longer as well. Quiet and rural just 5km from freeway.

Very clean and nice. Luka is a super host, very friendly and makes you feel like you are at home.

It was a one night stay for us on our way to Plitvicka Jezera. The room was small but very vlean and comfy. Ideally located in one hour drive from Plitvicka. Very nice and friendly host.

Luka is extremely friendly host and the accomodation is very nice. Quiet and calm place, clean and cozy. Highly recomended, great value for money. About five mins away from apmt there is small market and few restaurants and also lake for swimming. We had relaxing visit and enjoyed our stay very much!

We arrived late at night and the owner was very kind welcoming and laid back. The room was pristine, the matress is very comfortable. The water pressure is also great. Everything smells and looks nice. The best value for this little money.

We loved everything about this place - it was not that far from the highway, easy to find if you follow Google maps, quiet and peaceful surroundings, beautiful nature and amazing hosts. Ticks all the boxes. We are already planning our next stay, this time around for a few days so we can explore the beautiful countryside.

We arrived late in the evening in the pouring rain, owner was kind enough to give us well heated, larger apartment then the one we paid for. It was very cozy and close to all the hiking locations of the south Velebit.
