The Villa is as pictured and is perfect. Wiwin and Putu keep the deep winding paths & Gardens beautifully kept inside and out. The location is incredibly quiet and serene but close enough walk through rice paddies to reach the main Rd and Entertainment/Eat Zone.. Close by to Pepito's for daily supplies and easily found by GoJek Ride/Food. Local Warungs line the Gangs on your walk. Bike is best for drop off at Villa as turn around is tight for cars. Massage in House is wonderful and in the Book. Wiwin will organise it all. Lounge is comfortable at night and the TV works great. Closed doors make for a cool night in. The kitchen is fully stocked and only perishables are required. The pool is fabulous morning, noon and night. A great place to float away... We stayed over Nyepi and the whole World stopped for a Night. Amazing. We recommend Ikan Bakkar and The Central for local eats and shopping at Krishna. Fishing and Dolphin sighting checked off the Bucket List. Many large Mahi Mahi caught 1.5 hours offshore on a local Jukong and Captain.. Magic..

The Villa was perfect. Fabulous building and the gardens were amazing. We spent a lot of our time relaxing by the pool, which was kept so clean.

The location is amazing, perfectly situated for both relaxation and exploring. The villa is beautifully designed, spotless, and surrounded by lush gardens that are well cared for. The pool was always clean and inviting, and quickly became one of the highlights of our stay. What truly made our experience memorable was the staff. Wiwan was wonderful — warm, friendly, and always attentive. She looked after anything we needed, organised a scooter for us, and even cooked us some Indonesian meals that put restaurants to shame. Putu does a stellar job keeping the gardens immaculate, adding to the villa’s charm and peaceful atmosphere. Overall, our stay was incredible and we would happily return.

Private and very relaxing. The pool was a refreshing dip in the hot sun so very welcoming. Wiwin was very accommodating to our needs. Lots of local shops and markets nearby and the town area isn’t too far away either.

The villa is very beautiful. The gardens and the space is very aesthetically pleasing. It is obviously a residence that is used and loved by the owner and the personal touches and decorative style is lovely. The staff (Wiwin & Putu) are wonderful and friendly and I really enjoyed some of the chats I had with Wiwin. The area is quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our nightly meals at Jaring's Kitchen & Drinks around the corner, highly recommend this place if you are staying and after great food at a reasonable price.

the villa is great, spacious and clean and has a real Bali-vibe, the pool is fantastic and the big garden makes you feel like you are swimming in the middle of the jungle. The caretakers Wiwin and Putu are taking extremely good care of the guests and the villa. Lovina is perhaps not the most fantastic place in Bali, but this villa makes it worth the trip!

Loved the pool and relaxed decoration. You can tell it’s someones house, as you everything you may need. The bed it’s perfectly comfortable and all house was super clean and garden looks very good. We have spent our best days in Bali at this villa. Wiwin, the housekeeper, went the extra mile when she sent me by courier a jacket I left on the wardrobe. Amazing service by her and her husband, thank you both.

Tropical Oasis..If you're looking for a beautiful getaway Villa Jati is it Open living so you feel you are in the Tropical garden. Amazing staff that clean the villa and garden leaving it spotless.Then they leave and just a call away.Vill Jati has everything you need .You will not be disappointed.You can relax outside on the day bed or enjoy a meal outside. The pool is lovely and cool .The bed is lovely and comfortable and the aircon keeps you cool at night.Full kitchen if you feel like cooking.We just walk 5mins to the Warungs.There is an information book on the dining table whats around .We had a great stay.
