“Positive & friendly stay with lovely treats in family home”

Communication with Adam was very positive & friendly. Support for baby proof was excellent. Farm & vineyard’s treats supplied were lovely. Fireplace, music, air conditioning, everything could possibly want !!

We had a great time at the Residence, Adam our host was awesome. Always replied to our questions promptly and they provided a terrific gift hamper and some Elbourne Wines to enjoy. We will stay there again.

The Residence at Elbourne Wines was perfect for our stay. Lots of room, very homely & a great country feel. It had everything we needed. We received a lovely hamper of goodies that were from the farm. Thanks Adam. We would definitely go back again ☺️

Second time staying at the Residence and it was a nice relaxing short break with the family. The kids loved the giant house and the various play areas, and the kitchen was well equipped for making meals, and the fridge was generously stocked with a complimentary wine and local produce. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house in Lovedale in a great location for exploring the wine region. The house is big and had plenty of room for the 3 of us, you could easily fit a large family in the property. The staff were wonderful and gave us breakfast goodies and 2 bottles of wine from their winery 10 mins drive away. The staff went out of their way to help us when we needed help.

“Perfect family home in the Hunter Valley”

This is a perfect spot to hang out with a big group, see the local sites and vineyards conveniently as everything is 10 minutes away at most. Plenty to do for kids at the property too! Amazing view over the paddocks, horses, ducks roaming around. Definitely include a visit to the family vineyard- Adam is the best! And the wines are sooo good.

The house was perfect size and layout for our extended family group. The kids had space to run and play. The location was perfect for a wedding we attended and then for visiting wineries and the Hunter Valley Gardens.

The house is well equipped and in a great location. Wonderful for a family get together or a group of friends and very kid friendly. Big spaces indoors and outdoors and the air conditioning and outdoor fans really helped on the hotter days. The wine tasting at Elbourne Wines cellar door was exception and Adam was a great host.

The host was really nice and welcoming. The property had so much amenities and things for my kids to do that my toddler didn’t want to leave and cried for a good while after we got home. The photos don’t actually do the property justice. There is a playground, lawn games, fire Pitt, toys both upstairs and downstairs, board games. The Kitchen is fully stocked and even has condiments. Everything was clean and tidy. We were invited to their winery and Adam took really good care of us, giving us a wine tasting and explaining the wines. Our booking was a spur of the moment decision and honestly I’m so glad that we got this property for our holiday.

This property was amazing! The communication from the owner was incredible, the property itself was beautiful, it exceed our expectations in every aspect, clean and tidy, bigger than expected, multiple living areas if big groups are travelling together, an amazing view from the deck, our group was given a great hamper filled with goodies from the property, fresh chicken eggs, butter, bread, milk, vegetables and even wine. We were well looked after. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back!
