The property is only accesible by boat. On the day I travelled the weather was so bad no boats were running so I could not use the room I had paid for. I asked the property via booking.com for a full or partial refund bu they have not responded. This is unusual in Crete as most property owners are more than helpful. Very sad. I shall not reccomend this property or its location, Loutro,

Amazing location and great view across the bay from our balcony. Room had everything we needed was clean and good value for money. Staff very welcoming. Nice breakfast too.

“One night in Loutro”
Location near where the ferries dock so short walk, we had top floor rooms which had been refurbished so we're good. Including a kettle which you don't get everywhere . Fabulous views of the bay

We stayed here one night. We only used it to drop the baggage and to sleap at night, so it is totally satisfied with our expectations. Also, the view from the balcony was very nice. We came early (with the first ferry), but got our room without any question. It is not a luxury hotel, the room is simple, but was exactly what we looked for. Loutro is a great place.

“Gorgeous location, good value, large comfortable bed.”
The bed was comfortable. The view from the room was great. The hot water was good. Linen changed every day. The cleaning staff work very hard. Our breakfast was included and the room was very good value.
