Everything was superb. Great views, great location, friendly family run place.

Warm welcome on arrival. Quiet and peaceful split-level studio apartment with an excellent private balcony overlooking the harbour and the village waterfront (perfect for a morning coffee or an evening beer). With luggage and without your own transport it's a bit of a climb from the port, but Christos was more than happy to pick me up on arrival and drop me off on departure. There is a regular bus service that runs between Loutraki and Skopelos Town which allows you to explore other parts of the island. All in all, a memorable 3-day visit to Skopelos.

Wonderfully cozy apartment. The staff was super nice and helpful and a small super market is in walking distance. You have everything you need for an enjoyable vacation away from bigger cities and can really enjoy a more authentic side of the greek islands. I would definitely come again!

The view is absolutely amazing (best view in Lutraki). Fabulous sunsets each night with uninterrupted 180 degree panoramic views of the sea, harbour and across the bay to Skiathos. We stayed in the executive studio so had a private terrace/balcony. Views from the communal roof terrace also exceptional. A friendly welcome and free puck up from the port in the owner’s car. A short walk down into the town (5mins). The coffee pod machine was very welcome, and more pods were provided when requested. I loved the split level layout and could watch the boats in the harbour from in bed, or from the living area. Great transport links - very convenient for the ferry. Regular busses around the island to the beaches and to Skopelos Town. A selection of tavernas and cafes. The local bakery is also open 0800-1500 daily. The host was very responsive to messages and offered helpful insight just to hire cars etc.. Clean towels and linen and bins emptied on fourth consecutive day. Great to have a beach in walking distance - either to spend a relaxing day or for an evening sunset swim.

The owners' were waiting on the road to show us how to get to the property. We had previously communicated on the phone and this relieved any stress we had over how to find the property. When we saw the rooms we were very pleasantly surprised - the balcony and views are amazing, literally a 360 view. From drinking coffee in the morning to a nice cocktail in the evening and looking at the night sky, this balcony really made our stay exceptional. Although the accommodation could benefit from an update, it is fully functional, comfortable and excellent value for money.

“Simply amazing”

Honestly, everything was just amazing. Only 5 minutes by foot to the port, but the hosts picked us up with their car for the arrival. They were the sweetest people. The view from the balcony is stunning. The apartment itself had all the necessary amenities and in the common area, there were books and games for everyone to use and share. With the moped, all of the beaches are reachable within 30 minutes, and Loutraki itself is small and quiet, but has both a lot of charm and a great sunset spot at the beach. We would 1000 percent book here again.

The attitude of the hosts is at the most professional level, they are always there if you need them, they are invisible if you don't need them. The position of the accommodation itself is in a prime location, 180 degree view of the sea, spacious terraces with all the necessary inventory. As the front of the island is in the hills and all the accommodations are located on the hill, it was not a problem for us with a small child, we went up and down with ease every day. We recommend all well-intentioned people visiting Skopelos to choose this accommodation, they will not go wrong. As for us, we will definitely return to the same accommodation again when we visit Skopelos again.

The hosts Christo and Niko were super friendly and extremely helpful, going out of their way to accommodate us. We were warmly picked up and dropped off. Loutraki in itself, is a quieter and smaller town. The studio overlooked an idyllic bay and the 2nd port of the island. It was walking distance to all ammenities. At the end of the town after the fish taverna, we continued walking and witnessed the most beautiful sunset ever. We enjoyed the spacious room, its magnificent view, the time we spent on the balcony and the walk down to the little town. Needless to say, that everyone in Loutraki was super friendly and accomodating.
