“Perfect and very spacious!”
This is our third stay, we love it here! Ideal if you have dogs as there’s a large enclosed garden. The owners live above and are very kind & welcoming. Bed was so comfortable and the kitchen really well stocked with crockery & utensils for preparing your own meals. There’s a good supermarket 5 minutes walk away and Loutraki seafront is only 10 minutes walk! Staying in this wonderful property is now a highlight of our regular drives between UK and Rhodes!

“Basement apartment in the burbs.”
The property is modern and has all necessary amenities. The host met us at a local cafe and we followed them with our car to the property. They were friendly and welcoming.

“Surprising place”
It was a very clean and well equipped apartment that was suitable for all generations. Parking in the shed was awesome, as well as the stay, which was great.

Absolutely fantastic! Modern, spacious and super clean. Dog friendly, with a private garden too! Kontis is super friendly, thanks so much for the lovely bottle of wine and other gifts on arrival! We will be back when we drive back from Greece to UK 😀

Our host was very gracious and surprised us with a cheese and bread platter (and additional wine) when he noticed we opened the complimentary wine they provided. We had a great evening overall. The unit was also top notch. Excellent and recommended.

Highly recommend staying here. The hosts are super generous, kind, and welcoming. They make you feel at home! The rooms are large, decorated nicely, and clean. We slept well, the place is quiet, peaceful, and safe area. Excellent location, close to everything you need - supermarket, restaurants, beach, Loutraki town. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful time. Would 100% stay here again next time we are in Loutraki.
