Food is normal , and location is great , beach is really near , fantastic sand . staff were good , friendly and communicable. lots of children friendly pools , some sliding infrastructure . also aquapark is very nice , and best ever staff ( lifeguards ) so you can relax .

We had a wonderful stay at Grecotel Olympia Oasis & Aqua Park. The entire crew was professional, friendly, and always willing to help, making our vacation truly enjoyable. A special mention goes to Petros, the waiter at the Main Bar. We had met him last year as well and He is exceptionally polite, always serving guests promptly and efficiently, regardless of how busy the bar is. What impressed us most was that he continuously greeted everyone with a genuine smile and a positive attitude. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication to customer service made a real difference to our experience. Congratulations to the management for having such an excellent team, and especially employees like Petros who represent true Greek hospitality.

The courtesy of the staff was beyond expectations in all areas of the hotel. The breakfast and the food in general, both in the restaurant and in the canteens, was satisfactory. However, more staff are needed for the supply. The common areas are always clean regardless of their vast size. Too many activities that allow you to spend your time pleasantly. If the hotel management make some smart moves, it will be a value for money since the staying is quite expensive.

I stayed at Grecotal Oasis with the Lux Me package, which is their all-inclusive option, and there’s definitely a lot on offer. The package covers plenty of dining choices, including an Asian restaurant, Greek taverna, Italian restaurant, Surf & Turf, and the daily buffet for breakfast and lunch. There are also snacks between 12 and 6, lots of drinks included, and the in-room mini bar is topped up pretty much every day. Everything can be managed easily through the app or concierge, from booking restaurants to checking activities. It’s straightforward and makes it simple to see what’s going on. A few members of staff really deserve a special mention. The red-haired girl in the buffet area went well above and beyond every day, always with a smile and such a positive attitude. The cleaning lady looking after our room was incredibly helpful, polite, and discreet, which made a real difference. And the team at the beach bar were honestly amazing, always friendly, attentive, and made the experience there one of the highlights of the stay. The facilities are varied too, with a waterpark, spa, gym, and plenty of activities to keep you busy if you want them. Overall, there’s no shortage of food, drink, or things to do at Grecotal Oasis, and the Lux Me package definitely gives you plenty of choice throughout the stay.
