“Small but Comfortable”

Basic, but good value for money. You get what you pay for. The receptionists are superb and very helpful. They speak a little English, but they do their best to understand and accommodate you as much as possible, which I really appreciate.The room is basic and quite small, but it is clean. You can hear people in the next room showering or using the toilet, which is common in smaller properties like this. There is an Irish pub next to the hotel, and there are also plenty of restaurants a few miles away. Everything is within walking distance, including the sanctuary.

The location of the hotel in Lourdes sits at the door of The Pyrenees and overlooks the river and you have good view of mountains when the there’s is no cloud cover.

We enjoyed the hospitality and friendliness of the staff, specially from Cecília!

The room is not sound proof at all. I can hear every word spoken in the room next door and the sound of water every time they shower or open the faucet. Other than the noise, all was good.

Mainly the location

The beds. Hot water 24 x 7. House keeping is very clean and very professional with guests belongings, very respectful we would keep our suitcases open and they would never interfere, Very professional and clean.

The location was useful for easy access to Lourdes shrine. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. Reception staff and dining room staff were excellent.
