We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Milan as a family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room with full-board was exceptionally good value and the meals were great, especialy the creme brulee for pudding. We stayed on Good Friday and it was just a very short walk to the Grotto and Cathedral. We had a lovely balcony overlookking the main street but it wasn't too noisy. We found parking easily in a nearby carpark which was free.

Excellent reception staff, very helpful. Very good location, a few steps from the church. Excellent price, tasty breakfast. You come here for the sanctuary, so accommodation is secondary, I don't know how much it matters, but I recommend the place.

“Perfect location, but...”
It was very close to the basilica. Literally, out the door and walk straight to left. Breakfast was very good (Fresh croissant, mini baguette, bread, spreads, juice, cereal etc and unlimited hot drinks. Room was huge for 2 of us. Heater was working very well and needed as it was very cold outside and to dry coat and shoes. Bed was comfy

“An excellent experience all round”
Excellent location. B’fast was continental and very good. Cleanliness of common and areas and rooms was superb and very friendly staff. I do not hesitate to recommend. The Hotel also has an elevator that serves the upper floors.
