Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is close to the Sanctuary of Lourdes. The reception area and bar area are spacious. The breakfast was good and the staff in this area were friendly and helpful.

The location is fabulous for visiting the grotto just down straight we had our 85yr old mother with us and it only a short walk So close to grotto , restaurants and bus to airport

The Hotel La Solitude is centrally located and only a 5 min walk to the Sanctuary. It is surrounded by a good range of restaurants and cafeterias, that make for a good choice for eating out. The room was comfortable and spacious and had an excellent view of the Chateau Fort, the River Gave and the surrounding mountains. The breakfast was somewhat expensive and somewhat limited in choice.
