The best part of our 3 nights stay is that they have excellent employees who manage the front desk and the breakfast restaurant very well. Their staff is always polite and courteous, they speak in English and that's excellent, they keep a reserved table for us with our name tag each day and we feel that's very warm and welcoming and most of all they have 1 red plate with 3 pan cakes for us on all 3 days... that's very sweet of this hotel to be focused on foreign traveller's like us. On the fourth day morning at check out time we requested for a taxi but due to the union strike all over France 🇫🇷 that day it was difficult to get a taxi and the front desk 2 lady employees tried very hard to get one, but it was not possible, so they offered to help us with our large suitcases to walk us to the bus stop which was about 70 steps away, that was very, very kind of those 2 ladies, but we managed to do it ourselves and we thanked them for their willingness to extend support. The plus point of this hotel is that it is very, very close / few steps walking to the gate of the Basilica, plus there are variety of restaurants just outside this hotel for all dining needs. The owners have tried their best to give maximum to the guests by placing a bed side stand, large wardrobe, compact table and chair. As per our request we were given a room on the highest floor and front facing, so it was really pleasant to look out of the window and observe the street life, the Fort in the distance, the Basilica distant view etc. The bright color curtains, bed covers and cushions does make the room livable.

Only 3 min walking to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. Many resturents, Grocery shops, Pharmacy near by. Clean room, bedding and towels. Value for money.

“Excellent day excellent staff thank you very much”
Upon entering, the staff was very nice easy check in. They held our bags for us before our room was ready. Comfy bed. Balcony overlooking the street. Excellent place to stay as far as being close to the sanctuary breakfast was good.

“Great place to stay”
Very good location. very close to the shrine. Breakfast was good. Many items to choose.. Staff were very helpful. Everyone enjoyed the stay.
