Excellent food and rooms were clean and comfortable. Excellent care, attention and help all round from all staff with everything from directions to special diets. Great location not far from Sanctuary.

“An exceptional hotel supported by professional, friendly staff, that ensured a pleasant hotel experience.”
Exceptional hotel in a good location which was central to shops, restaurants and the grotto. Also, it was 200 metres away from the shuttle bus stop to the airport. In addition to these excellent facilities, the staff were friendly, professional and accommodating, in particular Gustav (the morning receptionist) and Mono (the night receptionist) whose help was invaluable.

“Good location.”
Location was great. Room overlooked the river. Bed was comfortable and the check in was efficient. Parking was handy on the road outside which was handy as the parking advertised on site was already full.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were so clean and beds really comfortable. Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels left daily. Shower is a bit small but it wasn't an issue. Breakfast was good each morning.

Reporting every day the stand of shower broken and never was fixed. Bathroom door had to make force to open. bath very high. Room with out air-condition while other rooms had. Breakfast was acceptable

The hotel has a good view. It is located in a very strategic area, easy to reach, and very close to the sanctuary. There are many restaurant nearby.
