“Would stay again, staff were amazing”

It was quiet, very clean and great value for money. The staff were exceptional, especially Tanya and another lady (petite with straight brown hair). Tanya called to check the shuttle was running on the morning we left, which really helped to ease our anxiety about getting to the airport. The other lady who I mention recommended the train which we had never heard of and really helped us to see the town. There is an Irish bar close by which is open until 2am, there were no noise issues whatsoever from the bar but it was very easy to get back from there. The hotel itself is quiet, we were staying with a coach of teenagers but had no idea until we all checked out. There is also a 24 hour reception which helped us to feel secure. We were also very close to Petite Lourdes also, it’s definitely worth a visit.

Friendly, helpful staff. The payment I did the night before had not gone through to them. I showed proof & they accepted & let me check in. I really appreciate that, as we arrived late night after 15 hours of drive with two kids. Located in a peaceful quiet spot. Rooms were clean & tidy. Beds were comfortable & we had a good sleep. I requested two adjoining rooms & they were kind enough to arrange interconnected rooms & I was so happy that I could check on the kids. They also provided fresh towels/mats for the second day. And room service had made up the beds for us when we got back. It was an easy & a nice walk to the Shrine of Lourdes. And there is easy/quick access to grocery shopping, restaurants etc. So, location was perfect. We had a car parking spot, so it was so easy. And the day we checked out, early morning, the reception staff member was kind enough to make us some complimentary coffee. We will definitely come back & I highly recommend the place. Thank you.

“Great stay at this cosy room”

The room neat and clean. I requested a blanket and it was there as expected. I went there on a cold day and heating inside the room was well balanced to keep me warm. It's a little room but it has everything you need. It's very cosy room and I had a very good sleep. Staff was helpful providing me a power adapter.
