Overview
Located in the centre of Lourdes, this hotel was built at the beginning of the 20th century. It is just 250 metres from the train station and 500 metres from the sanctuaries. This family-run hotel features an on-site restaurant, a terrace and free WiFi access. The bedrooms at Hotel Acropolis are soundproofed and equipped with a flat-screen TV. Excellent location, very easy to go around Lourdes and 15 mins walking to the sanctuary. Triple room was big and clean. The owner was very nice and could recommend many things to us.

The building and staircases are very old. All the rooms were dusty and had a musty smell. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I chose this hotel because of its rating on Booking.com, but I feel like I was misled.

The man running the hotel was wonderful and was a highlight to our stay. Very helpful and attentive. Breakfast in the morning had lots of options to start the day however you wanted. Room was lovely.

“Great location for those arriving by train, close to many landmarks and about 10mins ish to the sanctuary and grotto”
The property is very close to the train station making it easy to navigate with suitcases. The house keep lady was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist. Whilst there is no room iron she kindly ironed my items I would wear marking my visit to the holy grotto.
