The cleanliness of the apartment was very poor. I did not feel comfortable to use the kitchen facilities as the dirt was disgusting. The floors were unclean, even the broom was stuck with dirty hair.

The flat is spacious and really functional. It has a kitchenette that you could easily use as the main kitchen to support yourself at least for a week. it is all very comfy, luminous. Just great. The location is premium. Very near the station with a free car park. You can see your car from the window of the room! It is at the beginning of a short and interesting walk down to the Sanctuary. It felt to me that the room really belongs to the Lourdes pilgrimage complex. Vincente provided clear instructions, and he clearly cares about the pilgrims. Highly recommended! Massimo

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Everything we needed for comfortable self-catered accommodation was available. If arriving by train it is right beside the station. If you are arriving by car, parking is a challenge. There is a lot of free parking around the nearby streets but it was mostly taken. We always found something but we had to look hard.

Location adjacent to train station. Very convenient on arrival in Lourdes. It's only a ten minute walk to the entrance of Lourdes Shrine complex.

Vincent gave me very clear instructions about how to come into the building and retrieve the keys. There is free street parking and at the train station next door. The location was more central than I expected, only a 20-minute walk to the grotto and church, with several conveniences within a 10-minute walk. Internet connection was great.

I loved the fact that the apartment was very clean and it had everything that I needed .Mr. vincent is so nice and understanding , he gave me all the information that I needed. So, in that case , I recommend it 💯 % , without hesitation.

Good location, next to the train station/bus stop to the airport (a bit of a walk to the Basilica though) Communication with the owner was good, questions were answered promptly. The room has a kitchen and a coffee maker which was useful for my 2-night stay. Ample towels provided

We like the weather , near to coach station ,arrangement (how we pick the key ,service )without staff. Near to shop. Anyway we spent lovely 3nights,I'm already telling people about the building ,we will recomend them to visit our lovely Lourds in our ❤.
