Wonderful location for getting to all parts of lordes ,bus stop right infront of hotel and railway station small train that takes you around the town also stops infront of hotel. Had two evening meals at hotel restaurant both were very good lots of choice at breakfast also

Excellent location within 100 metres of the main railway station. Great local bus services can get you around to all the tourist areas. Room did feel a little on the small size but did have a lovely balcony with table and chairs. Bathroom was spacious. Breakfast is a great option to take with a good range of continental breakfast items, plus hot and cold drinks. Lovely outdoor pool area. The staff were very helpful and polite. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Location is the key aspect

As a couple, words fail us to express the amazing stay that we had in this beautiful hotel. The hotel in itself is so well architecturaly designed, inwardly and outwardly and is spotlessly clean. The breakfast, lunch and evening meals are second to none. In addition  the staff are so welcoming, kind and helpful. From the time that we checked in with the lady at reception to Julie who served us in the restaurant on our last night, our experience was extremely positive.  Julie was so efficient, professional and clearly loved her occupation . Her efficiency and personality are well matched. The hotel offers free parking and is conveniently located. Just a 15 minute walk to the grotto and the railway station is nearby. This is our second time staying in this hotel and we look forward to our next stay.

Close to the train station and to the Grotto. It only took us around 10mins to get to the Grotto.

The hotel and staff were excellent and I will not hesitate to stay there again. The room was very clean and cleaned to a very high standard, daily. The breakfast was buffet style which catered for all needs. The highlight of my stay was the restaurant which served exceptional meals with courtesy and efficiency.

Wonderful hotel. This was our second stay here whilst in Lourdes and will be our ‘go to’ from now on. Clean, comfortable, accommodating and friendly staff, a nice size, short walk from the basilica and right opposite the train/bus station for convenient arrival and departure.
