“Had expected better. Disappointingly shoddy and over priced.”
Location was great. Staff were pleasant enough. (One very pleasant cheerful and helpful, one was pleasant and helpful, the third was just pleasant.) The kettle didn't work, but staff quickly replaced it.

“Horrible never again in this hotel I will lass the message to all our friends”
I always used this hotel for last few years but when we arrived they gave us small room we couldn’t even move around when we ask to change the room the receptionist said all the rooms occupied then my friend told her we don’t mind paying extra straight away she gave another room and charged us extra £30

I am disappointed with our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was far below expectations. The bedding did not feel clean, there was a lot of dust in the room, and there was no toilet tissue, upon arrival the crib that i requested. I’m the one who built it. And the beddings was not good smell. This was especially concerning because my husband has allergies and asthma, which were triggered during our stay due to the dusty environment. Overall, this experience was uncomfortable and not what we expected. I hope improvements can be made, particularly regarding cleanliness and basic amenities.

“Beautiful property - just don’t book with booking.com”
Property is lovely. Really nice. Nice staff. I can’t say the same for booking.com though. Every time I try and sort an issue out they are so unhelpful. I recommend using a different outfit like Expedia. I’ve had to call them about 15 times being on the phone from 20-60 minutes each time. Often the line gets disconnected. This hotel is good but booking.com is not. Try and book without booking.com
