Location is ideal for those wanting to spend a week playing golf in the Morayshire/Banffshire area. Multiple courses to choose from and some of the historical gems are not far e.g. Cullen. Local facilities in Lossiemouth are good - good food whether restaurant, pub or takeaway. Local grocery stores for essentials with large supermarket in Elgin only 15 minutes away. Property ideal for two singles, couple or family. Enclosed garden. Nearby beach miles of safe sand.

Some more cutlery eg.knives (there were only 4) a few smaller dishes for keeping any left overs in. The mattresses in both rooms were too soft for us but that is a personal preference.

Very comfortable accommodation with everything we needed as a family with a 5 year old and a baby. Would recommend this property.

No.10 had excellent facilities and it was warm and cosy even though the weather was a bit chilly. Caroline, our host, made sure we were comfortable. Off road parking, everything we needed. 10 minute walk, 2 minute drive to the centre of Lossie. I can’t wait to go back to Lossiemouth as I know where I will be staying!

The property was on the outer aspect of the village with easy access to the main routes. It was a short walk to the shops, chip shop (excellent and very busy) and to the location of the main restaurants. The property was well equipped and had a well kept rear garden for sitting in the sunshine and dining al fresco. The log burner was useful for evening warmth and the owner kept the log supply topped up. TVs in all bedrooms as well as main lounge was a bonus. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable and bedding of good quality All in all it was an excellent property.
