“Lovely apartment in great location.”
Very comfortable apartment. Really appreciated the pellet stove as it was quite chilly. As we were out of season not many restaurants open but there is a spacious and well equipped kitchen to cook meals. Great location next to the beach which my dog really enjoyed. Easy to get to Cartagena and Murcia and other parts of the Mar menor.

“A perfect holiday for relaxation.”
The location is perfect with sensational views. It was lovely to see the flamingos right outside in the water. There was everything you needed for a comfortable holiday. Beautiful and even more spacious than the pictures show.

“A very relaxing stay with big terrace overlooking the waterfront”
A large terrace right by the walk along the waterfront and overlooking the sea and close to the pier in Los Urrutias. The terrace had furniture both for sitting and eating and for relaxing. Los Urrutias was still sleeping so it was very quiet and relaxed. Probably a lot more busy in the summer! The apartment had all the facilities that you could need. It could easily fit 4 people.

A nice quiet spot right next to the Mar Menor. The village was just waking up from the winter. Well placed for exploring Murcia. Would recommend the beaches at Lo Pagan, etc rather than here.
