“A very nice place to stay”

Rustic and real and in a beautiful location. The garden was great. Could’ve spent all day in the garden.

The house is beautifully decorated matching the photos, it is also very quiet which for us was a great thing, it is easy to get to if you have a car. There is a very nice terrace where you can sit in a private jacuzzi.

The apartment is situated in a very nice little town, very easy to reach by car, everything was clean and looks even better than the pictures.

Amazing building with great facilities and views. We had a fantastic time and booked the two conjoined apartments on the first floor.

“Tenerife hospitality at its best!”

Best place on Tenerife and we've been coming to the island for quite some years now and stayed at countless rental properties. Communication, customer service, top notch from the first moment. Photos and description here on Booking are based on reality, in fact, the 160sqm where we stayed is even better in real life than the photos promised, and they looked really promising to begin with. First of all, the place is quiet! In so many places on this island you get a constant dog barking noise, night and day, or drunk people making street noise at 3am, but not here at Los Helechos, this place is peaceful and like an oasis, with only white noise which is actually pleasant (school kids, church bells). There's plenty of space on the property and the layout is very well though out. The interior design is wonderful, tasteful, attention to detail, the tiles are so awesome and slightly different designs in every room. The terrace is marvellous, spacious, lots of beautiful greenery, sipping coffee in the morning and just observing the oasis of nature here you can see a variety of birds, the tiny cute lizards, big butterflies... And when you sit in your private jacuzzi and watch the sunset, you immediately want to book another couple nights here. This place is amazing and we couldn't have wished for a better ending of our honeymoon.

“A quiet stay in a quiet house.”

The house is beautiful and very quaint and in a very quiet location, but it is on a very steep street. Driving to the property entails you having to navigate some very steep, narrow streets, so be prepared. There aren't any restaurants within walking distance, so self-catering or driving out to dinner is a must. The roof terrace has a great view over the Atlantic and is a lovely place to sit and watch the sun go down. The house has some lovely features with a lovely courtyard as you enter.

The flexibility of the staff, left to complete privacy. Although they looked after us the entire time. The WhatsApp messages full of suggestions for daily excursions and checking we were happy and to ask if they could help with anything. The historical building was mind blowing. I have stayed in over 70 holiday rentals and hotels in Tenerife and I can honestly say these people have nailed it. My favourite, my partner and his friend were gob smacked 😱

“A piece of heaven”

The house was just beautiful - even better than the photos. The hosts were very welcoming, communicated very efficiently and were always giving suggestions of what to see and do. The beds were extremely comfortable and so were the pillows. The terrace had beautiful views and we spent some wonderful nights soaking in the jacuzzi. Thank you for everything - 100% coming back!
