“Everything was perfect”
Early check-ins (and no probs to leave your stuff in case you come way too early, as I was), late check-outs (so I could still enjoy a hot pool in the morning!); relaxing steam room in the evening; clean, spacious place; friendly, helpful staff; simple, but filling breakfast. I’ve got a deal almost for half of the original price, and it did exceeded my expectations! Had a very comfortable, relaxing stay, would recommend to solo travellers, couple and families (it’s enough space for all), or come back myself again!

“Good location with great hot pool for relaxing after hikes.”
Well placed with the hot water pool so you don't have to go to the Banos del Inca any more. The staff was helpful although not very knowledgable about their deals with booking. It took some back and forth for them to acknowledge the free breakfast included in the price.
