“Good Hotel, Could have been on a better location, Parking sucks !!”

This is a good hotel, but the location is a bit scary. The left side of hotel is considered unsafe zone, and that scares a lot. I was asked to park opposite to the hotel (paid parking), and the parking was a nightmare. There was a urine smell in the parking and human poop all around. The hotel is overall good, but they must do something for the parking. I understand that there is no parking in hotel, but guests who are coming can't park in poop area as well, and that too $30 a day, which is too much.

It was clean, it was spacious, and it was in a great location to see the old part of downtown LA.

The hotel location is downtown so handy to rail, restaurants etc. The rooms are very well equipped. Staff are friendly and efficient.

“Noisy, scary neighborhood”

The property is in a slightly shadier part of LA. It's right on the street, and the soundproofing of the rooms is terrible. This means that if you got unlucky like us, and got the second floor room facing the street, you're not sleeping. Luckily the staff was able to move us the next night. Also, there is a chicken shop right outside, so the entire unit smelled like rancid oil.

The service team were great and were very helpful when we were not happy with the room we were given. They moved us to a upgraded room. The bathroom was good, it had great pressure in the shower.

the location was close to the metro however it did look a bit scary at night. The room itself was much larger than we expected with several facilities available. it was perfect for a quick stay and that was exactly what we did. the hotel was also able to help us by storing our baggage the next morning as our next accommodation was not ready in time.

Excellent apartment in a very easy-to-access location. The apartment was great, the staff were very helpful and security was great for downtown. It is a downtown location so expect downtown noise at night (fast cars etc).

That it’s an apartment style hotel, pretty much had what we needed.

Well cleaned apartment, right in the city center, close to the subway station and the markets are very close. They also have in-house laundry and gym.
