“Perfect Santa Monica vacation spot”
The location is perfect, you can see the beach from the front gate and there are a number of excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance. The apartment is well fitted out and comfortable. Geoff made sure I had everything I needed for my stay, I would definitely recommend this for a Santa Monica stay.

The apartment is on the ground floor with a balcony, but it was very quiet. It was very comfortable and close to the beach, with access to a warm pool and a hot jaccuzzi. We had a great time!

“Great place and great host”
Beautiful and clean place, Geoff made access and use very easy and was always avaialable to answer questions. Felt very safe and welcome. Would recommend to anyone.
