Metro is just across the street from the hotel . Very welcoming and helpful staff. Highest building in LA, modern and safe.

A disappointing stay. Upon arrival, I found that the hair dryer was missing from the room. Although they provided one later, it was of very poor quality and barely worked. I was also frustrated by the lack of transparency about fees; there was no prior notice that booking through third-party sites (Booking) or using a digital card for check-in would incur extra charges. Lastly, during my three-night stay, housekeeping never replenished the tea, coffee, or tissues. Not the standard I expected.

“Thieves!”
Thieves! We paid for a room for 4 people with breakfast included, which was confirmed by the hotel staff upon arrival. Afterwards, the hotel charged us for the breakfast again, increasing our stay by more than 400 USD. The hotel refused to properly address the complaint and simply dismissed us. We are handing this over to our lawyer and strongly do not recommend this property.

“Delightful stay!”
I had a delightful stay here, quick check in, my room was ready early and i was able to check in, Angel at the reception was wonderful. The rooms are spacious clean and have great views! Everything was great.

The best thing where people working there, with smile and willingness to solve all..bad side rooms were not sometimes cleaned so you have the reminded them. Best of all was Consigerge Mr. Marvin Bojorques. He was going miracles to find tickets to LA GALAXY, dinners, tours..it's a real pleasure and treasure that hotel has such man with such capability . If come will return to hotel for shore.

“Great hotel and staff”
Fantastic staff, who allowed us to check in a few hours early after a flight from Australia. Roof top bar allowed excellent views of the whole of LA. Gym was 24/7 and had state of the art equipment . Great location to get to crypto.com arena
