The property was a small intimate boutique guesthouse. Breakfast was home cooked, thoughtfully prepared and presented. Free parking. Good location. Staff were very friendly too.

The homemade breakfast was amazing, and hosts allowed us to keep bags stored on property before a very late flight. Great location and homely vibe. Highly recommend.

“Perfect little hotel near the beach”
The Channel Road was absolutely brilliant from the moment we arrived. We were given a lovely warm welcome, with drinks available while the check-in process was completed. The room was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, with lots of thoughtful touches (the fresh cookies were amazing). The drinks and snacks provided early evening and outstanding fresh breakfast were highlights too. Free parking on-site was a great bonus, especially when you consider the location just a couple of minutes' walk from the beach! We were sad to only be staying one night, and would love to go back.

“A very special hotel in a beautiful location, run by a great team of staff.”
The hotel was perfect for couples. A great location 10 minutes walk from the beach. Free parking was appreciated. The staff were so friendly and looked to go the extra mile at every opportunity. Breakfast was excellent and home baked cookies were always available together with wine, cheese and nibbles in the afternoons. We were really pleased with the room and tge bed was huge and super comfy.

Without doubt the best place I have stayed in the US, across many trips. The warm and thoughtful welcome from the staff, the wonderful breakfast, the location just minutes' walk to the beach, the overall ambience with the fellow guests - everything was exceptional. Hoping to one day come back and have the pleasure of staying here again.
