Location is amazing, Josie Antonio and his wife are fantastic hosts. The attention to detail is wonderful. From providing cold drinks and chocolates on arrival to all equipment needed for a trip to the beach. The apartment is beautifully decorated providing everything required for a great holiday. We loved the little touches to make it feel very homely and relate to the Mar Menor. I could go on for ever about what was all provided. We cant wait to return next year.

It was beachfront, close proximity to anything you needed eg. restaurants, a very long beach promenade walk it was just perfect. The apartment was tastefully and cleverly designed maximising the space very well with a comfortably sized terrace. The personal touches were very much appreciated. We loved the kitchen and lounge area and the bedroom gave us thought for our own home and the bathroom and shower was to die for. There was everything you needed for your holiday I just wished I read the details properly as we brought things with us we didn’t need to bring honestly you were catered for 110%. The host met us on arrival as we were later than expected and was a lovely friendly local gentleman.

Everything about this property is great. its proximity to the beach shops and restaurants This property has everything to make your holiday a memorable experience. The host has thought of everything the little things that you may have forgotten she has remembered.

The property was perfect, with absolutely everything you need for a week away or more. A great location with views of the beach, the inland sea, the mountains on the La Manga strip and a wonderful view of the sunrise every morning. Easy walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and The Encarnacion Hotel.

Everything. Absolutely spotless. Will be back again next year.

This is a gem of a place, very modern and very, very well equipped - including everything needed for a beach holiday -(Chairs, loungers, beach towels and beach umbrella). Good internet, Smart TV's, superb kitchen and bathroom complete with all shower products. Nothing is omitted. The location is superb, a few meters to the beach, - kayak, paddle board and windsurf hire across the road etc. The (superb, large) weekly market just nearby. Bakery/ cafe a few doors away, bars and great restaurants round the corner and a few mins stroll away as are smaller supermarkets. Such a good location.

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING THE HOST HAD EVERYTHING COVERED THIS WAS OUR SECOND TIME AT THIS ACCOMMODATION AND WE HOPE TO RETURN NEXT YEAR. IT WAS THE LITTLE THINGS THAT ARE SO MISSED IN SOME ACCOMMODATON, BUT CERTAINLY NOT AT THE " FISHERMAN". THE SHOPPING TROLLY AND BAGS, THE EXTRA TOWELS THE BEACH CHAIRS BOOKS TO READ GAME BOARDS TO PLAY ALL CHANNEL TV'S. AND A MULTITUDE 0F TOILETRIES. WE JUST LOVE STAYING AT "THE FISHERMAN". AND WOULD GIVE IT A MITCHLIN STAR AWARD.
