Everything you need is in the property, handover of keys and and all instructions was very professional. A really nice villa and a really nice stay. Good location for easy access to beach, bars and restaurants.

High quality, modern accommodation, close to the supermarket, bars, beach, etc. Perfect for our golf trip with parking right outside. Nice roof terrace with comfortable furniture for evening drinks. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here.

The property was spacious and exceptionally well equipped, clean & comfortable. The furnishings were of a high standard for a rental.

Contact with the owner was good from start to finish. The pool was well used by us all as it was extremely hot when we were there and made the villa for us! It is a quiet, peaceful location. The Villa is well equipped inside and there was plenty of room for 4 of us. Walking distance to a good supermarket.

Lovely modern villa, quiet area but close enough to a good selection of supermarkets, bars and restaurants and only a short walk to the beach. Beds comfy. Showers nice and powerful. Upper sun terrace absolutely gorgeous at sunset. We had a minor issue with the electricity one night and Ray and Michelle both got back to us really quickly

Exceptionally clean, plenty of room for families and your own splash pool. The beach is a short walk from the villa, as is a supermarket and lots of bars and lovely restaurants. There’s a local shuttle bus to the airport or other towns/cities if required, but also a lovely local family run taxi firm which was recommended - Alberto and Nuri. During our stay there was an air show, and Corpus Christi with a the whole town in procession, and San Juan celebration on the beach with music and a fire. Michele who greeted us was exceptionally helpful and kept in touch with lots of things to do and places to visit. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great location, close to everything that we needed. Villa was stunning and perfect for our family holiday, Ray accommodated our needs with a 6 month old child and arranged for a high chair and cot bed which were both brand new.

Just returned from a short break at this fabulous villa. Booking was easy, communication leading up to the holiday was great and check in / receiving keys was excellent. Villa is conveniently located near to bars and restaurants, was well equipped with everything you can need and was very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic villa. Fabulous location, a nice 10 minute stroll to the main area with loads of restaurants and bars, equally walkable to the old town for a different feel and easy to get to the beach. There’s also the Garden Bar, literally around the corner from the villa, which did great paella and we all really enjoyed. Other villas are close by, but the way they’re built, the pool, roof terrace and first floor balcony are not overlooked at all and we didn’t notice or hear the neighbours. Easy parking is available on the street outside. We enjoyed sunshine on the roof terrace from first thing until sunset but there’s a canopy for cover if it’s too hot. We stayed Oct-Nov so the pool was pretty cold but was to be expected. We still used it though, it just took us longer to get in! The villa had everything we needed, it was well equipped and there was nothing we felt we didn’t have that we needed. The washing machine and dishwasher make life easier. Sofa and outdoor seating were all really comfortable and of great quality. It was a nice addition to have a TV with a huge selection of English (and other national)channels , including sports. Susanne was easily contactable, met us at the property and was really lovely, taking time to explain where things were. Both her and Ray the owner were quick to respond to all our questions and we felt like valued clients throughout. This is a great villa in a great location and we’d happily return. Thank you

Great stay in this charming little villa. It was home away from home. Tastefully decorated, well looked after and it had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the place was immaculate, some extras were provided like soap, kitchen towels and paper. The owner is very helpful and had left instructions for everything in the house. His agent Susanne was very helpful and accomodating. The street is relatively quiet and you can walk to the beach and some cafes/restaurants.

Everything about this lovely villa was excellent. Very clean and comfortable with modern amenities. The villa is in an area that is very quiet and peaceful. There are 5 excellent supermarkets within a 5 minute drive of the Villa. There are lots of nice restaurants in the area and it feels like traditional Spain The beach is in easy walking distance with a lovely promenade The beds in the villa were very comfortable with air con in every room. Everything in the Villa was spotless The top terrace is lovely for relaxing both day and evening with a BBQ. The patio area has a lovely pool. There are steaming services such as Netflix and Disney channels and also British channels which was a great bonus One of the most important things was the attentiveness and responsiveness of the host who was always available if needed for any info. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who wants a fantastic stay in this lovely area of Spain especially with such great hosts.
