A nice and comfy place

The area was quiet and peaceful. Then the guest suite was clean inside and out. It's the service that I liked mostly. It was indeed worth the money I paid for.

Everything was awesome. The room is clean, modern and extremely comfortable. The WIFI is fast and I loved that i had my own entry and exit routes.

I recently stayed at Guest Suit Lorraine and unfortunately had a very distressing experience that I feel compelled to share. Upon arrival, we checked into what seemed like a cozy accommodation, but our experience took a dark turn later that evening. When we returned to the suite, we discovered that it had been broken into, and all of our belongings were stolen. This was incredibly upsetting and left us feeling vulnerable and unsafe. The owner of the property assured us that she had insurance in place to cover the losses and confirmed that a claim was initiated following the incident. Initially, we felt somewhat relieved that there would be a process in place to recover our losses. However, as time has passed, communication has become a significant issue. We were asked to provide our banking confirmation letter for the insurance payout, and after sending that information, we have received no further updates or compensation. Our messages and emails have been completely ignored, leading to growing frustration and disappointment. This lack of communication from the owner is not only unprofessional but has left us feeling abandoned during a very challenging situation. I understand that break-ins are unfortunate events that can happen anywhere, but the way it has been handled post-incident raises serious concerns about accountability and customer service. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Guest Suit Lorraine based on this experience. I hope that the owner takes the necessary steps to improve communication and support for future guests, as this could have been a very different review under better circumstances.
