Nothing, they sold the rooms out from under us as they did with several other customers. Booking .com has no way for the consumer to contact them. Total con job. Never use Booking.com again!

“Ok as a last option”
The rooms were extremely small, we had to wait for the rooms for 30 minutes despite arriving 2 hours after the start of the check in time. They also rented (and gave out keys for our room) to other people. If we didn't come back to the room when we did, they would have entered the room with all of our stuff inside.

“A noightmare.”
Receptionist had no record of our booking so insisted that we pay cash for the rooms when we had already been charged the full amount on my credit card. As wifi wasn't working we couldn't check this and despite multiple (7) subsequent phone calls and emails I've been unable to get a refund even though I have a receipt for the cash paid for one of the rooms and proof of the full card payment. The hotel and Booking should be ashamed of the run around they have given me.

“Everyone had to sleep in a chair or in their car or truck”
We were running the NORRA 100 race. We got to motel late and they told us that they had rented our rooms. We would have stayed at the motel but no rooms The motel even thou they rented our rooms Charged me for them. This information will be shared with the NORRA race group. This motel will be put on my list with this info

The two girls at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The view from the second floor was nice. It was quiet at night. There was the chance to sit outside Infront of the room.
