“Great location.”

The room was large with a good view. Location to town great, but not hard to better this as Longyearbyen is that huge. A great place to stay while waiting to join our team on the ship at the local port.

The staff on the front desk were terrific, very helpful, polite and pleasant demeanours. The breakfast was really good covering my needs. The location of the hotel was very central and the facilities were very good.

I had great experience with the northernmost hotel in the world. Big room with comfy bed and sofa and nice view. Tasty breakfast also with great view on mountains. Very nice staff.

Location of this hotel is great. We had a booking including breakfast, which offered a nice selection including fresh fruits. The staff was excellent, always smiling and ready to help. We did not get a chance to use the wellness and have a dinner (as it was fully booked). We had our dinners in a pub, which is next to the reception and it was good. Nice views.

Amongst the nice hotels available in town. The services were all good despite being in isolated location. Couldnt forget a very nice gesture from the waitress at the restoran, i ackknowledge her effort (i could hear from where i was sitting) that she reconfirm the food met my dietary restrictions before passing my order to the kitchen.

The best hotel we have stayed in, the spectacular location helps but also the warm and welcoming service from all the staff, the fantastic restaurant and pub which we ate at many times during our stay, the jacuzzi’s, the atmosphere - really everything! This was our honeymoon trip and it truly was amazing! Already planning a return trip!
